Decorating
We’ll develop the sketches. We’ll advise materials for finishing the walls, floors and ceilings, corresponding furniture and we will recommend how to place it in the best way. We’ll make a selection of textiles and lamps. In case of ordering the accompanying service "Complete set" we will provide the purchase at the best prices with a considerable discount.
Complete set
From specification to realization. We’ll calculate the necessary amount of materials. We’ll give consultations concerning their choice. We’ll follow you in trips to shops and factories, we will help to buy furniture in Italy and we will give useful tips. We’ll take everything upon ourselves, including delivery to the object. All you need is only choose a form of cooperation.
Designer Supervision
We’ll control how the original project is being turned into attractive reality: on the object there regularly will be a designer and technologist who will immediately bring adjustments in work of your contractors in case of need. We write down the results of checks, data on deviations, recommendations in the magazine.
Technical supervision
The quality of materials and works, including hidden ones, their compliance with the process regulations we check not at reading the acceptance certificate, but in fact - at all stages of the idea implementation. Throughout the whole repair process, we render consulting support, including remotely.
Coordination
For owners of real estate in Italy we will make a schedule, check its observance. We’ll control the work of contractors at all stages. We’ll accept intermediate and final results. In case of the slightest deviations from the project, we will issue a claim. We’ll check the construction works in Italy as representatives of the customer.
